The rooms were fairly quiet with central heating and television. The location was excellent, next to the beach. This hotel was in a secure area.

Reasonably spacious and fairly quiet units with AC as well as a nice balcony, and cooperative stuff. Tasty and great food for breakfast.

Location: the hotel was very close to the city center, "seedy " bars and beach. Central heating and TV in our single room were useful during stay...

As a couple, we absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The facilities were top-notch, with a spacious lobby and a charming bar where we could enjoy a cold beer. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, ensuring a great start to our day. The highlight, however, was our room with an ocean view. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view of the sea was truly unforgettable. The hotel's location was also perfect, situated on the central boulevard and just a short walk away from the bus and train stations, the market, and the biggest supermarket. This made it convenient for day trips to nearby places like Hammamet, Kelibia, Tunis, and Sousse. The staff, including the elegant and cultured manager, Sonya, were all extremely pleasant and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
Felt so relaxed, no complaints whatsoever.

Possibly the best and very relaxing stay for holidays. Lovely bar on-site, exceptionally nice room with AC, a nice balcony, for instance. The central location walk from a train station. Loved fairly nice area. Great choice for weekend.

Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to complain about the miserable conditions of the "so called hotel, Byzance". I stayed in this Hotel, Byzance, Nabeul, Tunisia in July, 25th to 26th, 2011, one night. I came to that place not only but to find a very dirty hotel which lacks the minimum conditions of a hotel accommodation. It was so dirty: the ground was too much dusty, also the wardrobe, the towels and furniture. The telephone was broken and not working at all. Even more bizarre, there was no water at all, neither in the room nor in the bathroom which was too dirty. There was no air conditioning in the whole hotel, including the room I was in. There was a constant noise coming from the air conditioner which prevented me from sleeping. The worst thing I noticed in the above mentioned hotel was the dirty and dusty dishes: the cups and the saucers were too much dusty. The breakfast was awful: The milk was mixed with water so much so that I could not drink it. In fact, I was really so deceived by the conditions of that hotel which deos not deserve to be mentioned in your hotel groups. I forcefully complain about this hotel and intend that you take the appropriate measures to deal with this serious issue. Yours Sincerely

We had a great stay in this well-located hotel, just a few steps from the bustling central boulevard and the wild beach. The city center is also within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable with a new mattress, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The friendly staff provided good service during our stay, and the breakfast was decent. The swimming pool and bar added to the hotel's charm.
The hotel could use some renovations in some of its areas.

Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist with any requests and provided excellent service. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with the added bonus of having a balcony where I could relax and soak up the sun. this hotel offered great value for money and provided all the basic amenities I needed for a pleasant stay.
Everything was absolutely fine, nothing to complain about.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others. The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices that didn't compromise on quality. The attention to detail was impressive, with rooms that were comfortable and clean, complete with a balcony and efficient AC. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was very near to the city center and conveniently located right next to the beach.
My experience at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find any aspect that could be improved.

Great location, just a short walk from the beach and the town center. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay.- The breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from.
The hotel is in need of renovation and appears run-down. There was constant street noise, making it difficult to sleep at night.
